Subject	Larger turbos lower under hood/ engine temps?

Message	Is this thought true? My rational was: if you run larger turbos vs stock, the stock turbos at say 16 psi will be pushing hotter air and working less efficient, where as BIGGER turbos at same psi or even lower, will push a larger volume of air but not working as hard. Effectively making more hp but not with as much heat/ effort?
